REGISTRATION INFORMATION
REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Each registration includes all scheduled activities during the rendezvous.
Once you have filled in all the below required information for registering for Rendezvous, hit the "Submit" tab. A "Conformation" screen will then be in view outlining your registration details. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you will notice a Green button that reads "Book Hotel Reservation Here". Click on that button and it will you will take you to the Westin Chicago North Shore reservation site. At the bottom of this page, you can access the Westin Chicago North Shore reservation site as well. Rendezvous Group Room Rate of $125.00 plus 13% Tax. You will also receive a copy of your confirmation via email.
Our room block is based on event nights of 9/14 thru 9/19 as noted on the Westin Reservation Link. Please reserve your room for nights within this date range Only! If you would like to extend your stay either pre or post event nights, email Steve Rokowski [email protected] with the additional nights desired and he will contact the Westin to see if he can confirm your extra nights of stay. Please note this is based on availability at the group rate.
HOTEL DETAILS
Property Location: Located at 601 N Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling IL 60090, When you stay at The Westin Chicago North Shore Hotel, you are 24.6kn / 15.3m from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). DO NOT Book your flights into Midway Airport!
Rooms: Make yourself at home in one of the Westin guestrooms featuring refrigerators and plasma televisions. Your pillowtop bed comes with premium bedding. Satellite programming provides entertainment, and wired and wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature designer toiletries and hair dryers. There is a 4-person maximum in any room. The hotel has a number of ADA Rooms and there are 5 rooms with "Shower Roll-in". These 5 rooms have 2 queen size beds. If you want one of these 5 rooms, you need to book them room through the Westin Reservation link. Then send Steve Rokowski - Event Manager an email requesting one of these 5 rooms ([email protected]). These 5 rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.
The hotel also has 13 nice roll-o-ways available on a first-come, first serve basis. If you so desire, you may also bring an air mattress. That group room rate is good for 3 days pre & post event dates based on hotel availability.
There is a limited amount of rooms in the hotel and occupancy is going fast. For your benefit and others, book your room as soon as possible so in the event we need to increase our room block, we will still have time to do so. The official cut-off date for reserving rooms is 5:00 p.m. Chicago time on Friday, August 22, 2022. After the cut-off date, it is the hotel's discretion whether or not to accept additional reservations. These late reservations will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. We encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as you register for the reunion.
All reservations must be accompanied by first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within 24 hours prior to the guest's check-in date, then the hotel may charge the credit card one night's room fee plus applicable taxes.
Amenities: Take advantage of recreation opportunities including an indoor pool and a fitness center. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, gift shops/newsstands.

No Rendezvous Events
RENDEZVOUS 2022 COVID-19 Policy
Our goal is to protect the health of all attending Rendezvous. Therefore, we will require all attendees to bring your Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card, or you may present a negative COVID test.
The following tests will be accepted if you are presenting a negative COVID test from your local Walgreens, CVS or health center. These tests are the responsibility of the attendee.
At-home COVID tests will not be accepted for attendance at the Rendezvous.
